Photo Left - Here, you see the final inked square. I can leave the edges uneven, or wipe them clean with a cloth against a straight edge, or even them up after the ink is dry by applying masking tape, which I’ll show you later. |

Photo Right - Create your image by use your mark making tools to remove the ink. Here, I’m using a spatula to create a loose image of a bird’s nest. If I don’t like what I see, I can always cover up part or all of the image by applying more ink with the brayer. |
